How It Works

  1. Merchant Orders: Merchants use the app to browse products, check stock, and place orders or request quotes.
  2. Order Processing: Orders go straight into Odoo ERP. The system checks stock, applies taxes/discounts, and creates sales orders or quotes.
  3. Supplier Request: If items are out of stock, Odoo sends a purchase request email to suppliers automatically.
  4. Quote Update: Supplier prices are added, and the updated quote is sent to the merchant via WhatsApp or email.
  5. Delivery Planning: Confirmed orders go to the Delivery App, where drivers are assigned and routes are planned.
  6. Tracking & Delivery: Drivers are tracked live. Deliveries need OTP confirmation and proof photos/signatures.
  7. Reports: Managers can see real-time performance data like delivery times and driver productivity.
